Commission-Based | High-Ticket Consulting Sales | Remote
Knight Eagle Consulting Services (KECS) is seeking experienced B2B sales professionals to join our growth team as commission-based Senior Sales Consultants. This role is designed for proven closers with experience selling professional services, consulting, or high-ticket solutions to executives and decision-makers.
This is not an entry-level role, internship, or training position.

Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Consultant / Business Development Director, you will be responsible for originating, qualifying, and closing consulting engagements ranging from $3,000 to $90,000+ across KECS’s Solutions 360 portfolio.
You will work directly with KECS leadership to align client needs, scope, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients aligned with KECS services
- Conduct discovery and needs-assessment calls with executives
- Present KECS consulting solutions and engagement structures
- Close high-ticket consulting engagements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Coordinate internal handoff to delivery teams
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience selling consulting, professional services, or high-ticket B2B solutions
- Proven track record closing deals in the $5K–$50K+ range
- Strong executive communication and discovery skills
- Ability to work independently in a commission-only environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
- High integrity, discipline, and follow-through
Compensation Structure
- Commission-only compensation
- 20% commission on closed deals under $10,000
- 10% commission on closed deals $10,000 and above
- No earnings cap
- Opportunity to expand into senior leadership or advisory roles as KECS scales
