Veterans Administration Grant Per Diem (GPD) Program

KECS supported the launch of transitional housing and integrated behavioral health services for veterans experiencing homelessness. The engagement included program design, staffing, vendor onboarding, and operational readiness.
Impact: Secured $720K annually for three years, achieved 83% capacity utilization, and established a fully operational, compliant program.

KECS provided end-to-end advisory support for the development and launch of residential and outpatient behavioral health services serving veterans, Native American communities, and formerly incarcerated individuals.

Warrior Rescue Mental Health Clinics Expansion
National Initiative
Provided program oversight and execution support for the national expansion of mental health clinics and transitional housing facilities serving at-risk populations.
